ARBITRUM ONE
  1. Step 0 — Receive a Private Sale Invite (Required)
    Jugcoin private sale is invite-only.
    After approval, you will receive a Private Sale Invite for your wallet.
    This invite authorizes your wallet address to participate.
    🔐 The invite is a cryptographic authorization (invite signature).
    You do not need to generate it. It will be used automatically when you purchase.
    Without a valid invite, purchases will be rejected by the smart contract.
  2. Step 1 — Connect your wallet
    Click Connect Wallet and connect MetaMask (or a compatible wallet).
    If no wallet is detected, you will be prompted to install one.
  3. Step 2 — Switch to Arbitrum One
    Open your wallet → Network → select Arbitrum One.
  4. Step 3 — Prepare USDC on Arbitrum
    Make sure you hold USDC on Arbitrum One
    (USDC on Ethereum mainnet or other networks is not supported).
  5. Step 4 — Verify eligibility (Invite check)
    Connect the same wallet address that received the private sale invite.
    Your invite will be verified automatically. No manual input is required.
    ⚠️ If you connect a different wallet, the invite will not be valid.
  6. Step 5 — Approve USDC
    Enter a purchase amount (within the allowed limits), then click Approve USDC
    and confirm in your wallet.
    This step:
    • Does not transfer funds
    • Only authorizes the official contract to use your USDC
    • Can be revoked anytime from your wallet
  7. Step 6 — Buy JUG
    Click Buy with USDC and confirm the transaction.
    If your invite is valid, the purchase will complete successfully.
  8. Step 7 — Receive PriJug (Private Sale Receipt)
    After purchase, you will receive PriJug in your wallet.
    PriJug represents your private sale allocation.
    • PriJug can be:
    o Used within the Jug ecosystem (e.g. discounts or benefits)
    o Held until vesting unlocks
    • PriJug is not yet the freely tradable JUG token
  9. Step 8 — Claim JUG (When Available)
    When vesting conditions are met and claiming is enabled:
    • Click Claim JUG
    • Your PriJug will be used to claim market-circulating JUG
    Claiming is only available when your allocation becomes unlockable.

Private Sale — Quick Guide

  1. 0. Get Invited
    Private sale is invite-only. Your wallet must receive an official invite.
  2. 1. Connect Wallet
    Connect MetaMask.
  3. 2. Switch Network
    Use Arbitrum One.
  4. 3. Prepare USDC
    Hold USDC on Arbitrum.
  5. 4. Invite Check
    Use the same wallet that received the invite. Invite is verified automatically.
  6. 5. Approve USDC
    Approve your purchase amount.
  7. 6. Buy JUG
    Confirm the purchase.
  8. 7. Receive PriJug
    PriJug represents your private sale allocation. It can be used for ecosystem benefits.
  9. 8. Claim JUG (Later)
    When unlocked, use PriJug to claim tradable JUG.
PriJug is a private sale receipt token. JUG becomes claimable only when vesting conditions are met.
