Private Sale FAQ
Q1: Why is the private sale invite-only?
The Jug private sale is non-public and invitation-only.

This structure helps:
- Limit participation to a controlled number of wallets
- Prevent abuse and automated attacks
- Ensure long-term alignment among early participants

This is not a public offering.

Q2: What is a “Private Sale Invite”?
A Private Sale Invite is a cryptographic authorization issued by the Jugcoin team for a specific wallet address.

It proves that this wallet is allowed to participate in the private sale.

Without a valid invite, all purchase attempts are automatically rejected by the smart contract.

Q3: Do I need to generate or sign the invite myself?
No.

The invite is generated by the Jugcoin team and verified automatically on-chain.
Participants do not need to create, sign, or manage the invite themselves.

Q4: Why do I need to approve USDC before buying?
Approving USDC only grants the private sale contract permission to use your USDC.

- No funds are transferred during approval
- You remain in full control of your assets
- Approval can be revoked at any time from your wallet

This is a standard and secure blockchain practice.

Q5: What happens if I connect a different wallet?
Invites are wallet-specific.

If you connect a wallet that did not receive the invite, the purchase will fail.
Please make sure to use the same wallet address that was authorized.

Q6: What is PriJug?
PriJug is a private sale receipt token.

It represents your allocation in the Jug private sale and confirms your participation.

PriJug itself is not the freely tradable JUG token.

Q7: What can I do with PriJug?
PriJug can be used to:
- Confirm your private sale participation
- Access ecosystem benefits (such as discounts or utility features)
- Hold your allocation until vesting conditions are met

PriJug is designed as a bridge between the private sale and future JUG claims.

Q8: When do I receive JUG?
JUG becomes available only when vesting conditions are met.

At that time, PriJug can be used to claim market-circulating JUG according to the official vesting schedule.

Simple analogy

PriJug is like a claim ticket.
JUG is the asset you receive when the ticket becomes redeemable.

Q9: Can Jugcoin access my funds?
No.

Jugcoin is non-custodial:

You sign every transaction yourself
Jugcoin never controls your wallet or assets
All rules are enforced by smart contracts on-chain.
